Last night, around 9:30 PM, there was a power outage on the block where my apartment building sits. A PG&E work crew knocked down a power line. It took them until 5:00 AM to restore power. gas station next door two black men middle-aged East Indian attendant locked himself in "He's scared!" "Okay, sir."
